The Lib Dem candidate for Pendle, Afzal Anwar, says his boys are in school in Pakistan. He says it is a short term thing and they went there in 2009.

Prentice says they were hauled out of school here in 2007 and packed off to Pakistan for their education.

They can’t both be right.

Anwar’s agent, Tony Greaves, mentions Marsden Primary School in the press release which slates Prentice.

I want to get to the bottom of this.

If Prentice is kite flying he is finished. Terminated.

If Anwar has been misleading people he is dead in the water. He might as well join his sons in Pakistan.

So. Track down Anwar. Ask him questions. Tape everything.
