The Cooke Cobden report on Burnley's Urgent Care Centre gets the briefest possible mention at yesterday's meeting of the North West Strategic Health Authority.

Apparently there is going to be an "implementation plan" but there are no details.

My spies tell me there was no discussion or comment worthy of the name. In the blink of an eye, it was on to the next agenda item. No questions. Nothing.

It is about time these SHA meetings were televised or put on YouTube.

Maybe then someone would have said something.

As it is, we wait to see what is going to be implemented when and by whom.
