The Lib Dems really should have picked a better candidate to fight Pendle. He won’t win (Ladbrokes 41-1) but he could, at least, tell us what he thinks about things.

Instead, we get inane tweets punctuating long periods of silence. This is the latest:

“I have been out canvassing in a Tory heartland yesterday. Hope to do the same today.”
